The NUMBER 1 Problem Associates Have!!!!
The number one problem that associates have is they don't read the instructions, and they don't read their emails.  Before you begin sending email to us for stuff that you supposedly don't have, check your emails, read your emails.  We are not paid employees of the Home Office or GoSmallBiz.  We do not get paid a salary to do the Advanced Small Business Training and Breakfast Club events.  We are just like you, an associate trying to operate our PPL business.  Please do not create additional work for us by sending unnecessary emails, or telling us we didn't send you something that we did.  Please read your emails and be responsible for your own stuff.

What is a Webinar?
A Webinar is an internet broadcast of video and audio to a local computer.  It allows the broadcast to be picked up from a local computer and conference call.


Why do I have to register twice?
This is the process for registration for any webinar event.
1) go to our website and select the event you wish to participate in.  Once you do that, you will be sent to the eventbrite page for that specific event.

2) In the eventbrite page, you will go through the payment process for the registration fee.  Once that is done you will be sent to a webpage with instructions that will direct you to the "Order Confirmation" email that was sent to you when you completed the payment process.

3) Order Confirmation Email: In the order confirmation email is the registration links for ALL of the events that you paid your registration fee for.  YOU MUST follow the instructions and click on each link and complete the webinar registration process.  This "webinar registration" process is just completing the registration process for the webinar event. It is not going to charge you again.  YOU MUST complete this part of the registration process to be registered for the event and receive your webinar links and conference call information.

4) Once you have completed the registration process outlined above, you will get your webinar links and conference call infromation for each event you have completed this process for.


I don't have my link to participate in an event?
When you complete your registration, there are step by step instructions that come up on the screen on how to complete your registration.  An "Order Confirmation" is emailed to you with further instructions and your registration links.  You will receive a separate link for each event that you register for ( in other words, if you register for a four week breakfast pass, for example, you will get all four weeks registration links in your order confirmation email).  You must click on each registration link and complete your registration for each event in order to get your participation link for the event you paid the registration fee for.

Make sure that you are checking the correct email address.  Often an associate will register using a paypal account with a different address than the one they are expecting the emails to show up in.  Registration iinformation and links are sent to the email address that paypal provides us during your registration.


Where do I go to get the recording from an event that I registered for?
An email will be sent out after the event is over, usually the evening after the event, that will include a link to download the recording.

I did not get the recording for the event?
If the event you are participating in has a recording available, you will get an email with a link to download the recording.  There may be more than one recording contained in that link, if that is the case, you will have to click and download each one individually.  Because of the cost of transferring the recordings, the download is only available for 14 days.  Please don't wait to download the recordings, download it at the time you get the email.  Individual opportunities to download the recordings are not available because of the cost to transfer the files.

Can I get a recording of an event that I wasn't registered for?
The recordings are typically a free benefit of participation or registration to one of the events that we host.  However, No recording is made available for any free event.

How do I know when my Breakfast Pass Expires?
We no longer keep track of each individual associate and their breakfast pass.  We do send out weekly reminders for you to check your records.  When you purchase a breakfast pass, you will get all the links, at the time of purchase, for all the events that you purchased.  It is up to you to keep track of when you are going to need to re-register.  Emails regarding registration will be answered as we can get to them, but our business, preparation for training, family time, and field support questions will take priority.  You need to keep track of where you are at!
